Terms of Service

1. Our Service

This platform (the "Service") provides management, sharing and collaboration of skill assets (skills, prompts, cases, etc.) for teams and individuals. The Service isolates data per workspace; content within a workspace is visible only to its authorized members.

We may adjust, upgrade or change features and rules to improve the experience. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.

2. Accounts & Workspaces

You may sign in via enterprise SSO (e.g. DingTalk) or register by email to create a workspace. Accounts must be held by the real party and kept secure; actions under an account are attributed to its owner.

A workspace creator (Owner) has administrative rights by default and may invite members, configure roles and manage content. When a member leaves, their published content keeps attribution for traceability, unless removed upon lawful request by the workspace admin or the member.

3. Fees & Quotas

During the trial period, the Service is provided free of charge with full functionality to every workspace; no subscription is required.

Per-workspace quotas (members, content, storage) are as shown on the Billing page. When a quota is reached, the corresponding create actions are blocked with a notice; existing content remains fully viewable, downloadable and citable.

If paid plans are introduced later, we will notify you in advance via in-product announcements and email; pricing, billing cycles and post-expiry handling will be governed by the then-current terms and the checkout page.

Statutory refund rights are unaffected by these terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You (or your organization) retain intellectual property rights in content you upload or publish (skill packages, prompts, documents, cases). You grant the platform a technical license solely as needed to provide the Service (storage, caching, rendering, backup).

You represent that you hold lawful rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe third-party IP, trade secrets or personal rights, and contains no malicious code or unlawful content. Liability rests with the publisher and their workspace administrators.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: unlawful use of the Service; circumventing security or quota mechanisms; malicious scanning, stress-testing or disruption; abusing APIs or automation to mass-register or mass-spam.

Violations may result in warnings, feature limits, workspace suspension or account termination as appropriate, without prejudice to legal remedies.

6. Changes & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may export or delete data you are entitled to; terminated workspaces may be purged after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from force majeure, third-party causes or user mishandling, and we do not warrant the accuracy or fitness of user-published content.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith; failing that, either party may submit them to a competent court at our place of domicile.
